GLA VOTER ID AWARENESS CAMPAIGN GRANTS – PHASE TWO
The Greater London Authority (GLA) is running the Voter ID Awareness Campaign Grants as part of its Civic and Democratic Participation Programme. The grant programme is linked to the GLA’s wider Voter ID public awareness campaign to raise awareness in London of the equality implications of the Voting System Changes brought in by the Election Act (2022), namely the impact on under-registered and under-represented Londoners of the introduction of photo Voter ID and the changes to the voting rights of some EU Londoners.
Phase two closed for applications 14 July 2023. Activity will take place between August 2023 and the end of February 2024.
The Voter ID grants programme is one strand of a wider cross-organisation, non-party political effort through which the GLA supports under-registered and under-represented Londoners access their civic and democratic rights,
